Storyboarding is tool that converts the customer’s idea or script into a visual rendering that embodies that idea or script in a concrete and physical manner. The resulting shot by shot artwork describes anything that the customer wishes by using camera composition techniques ranging from extreme close-ups to helicopter vista shots.

As a storyboard artist, I strive to perfect my techniques and vary my style to fit the requirements and needs of each project and to give the customer the visual validation of their ideas. By carefully listening and translating their ideas into a storyboard, I see my job as giving flesh to those ideas and allowing them to evolve in the direction intended by the customer.

I have accumulated over 20 years of experience drawing storyboard panels for many different types and sizes of companies. Among my clients are large enterprises like Target and BestBuy as well as smaller individually owned businesses looking for a way to visualize their ideas.

In addition to storyboarding, I have an extensive portfolio in rendering and design art for architecture, sets and props. I also have accumulated valuable experience working in scenic fabrication, props, special effects and stunts coordination. These valuable experiences have given me the ability to better understand my customers’ ideas and successfully translate them into storyboard panels.
